From a tree which was collected in Austria in 1993

Horst Heinzlreiter found this tree and tried to keep it alive for many years, which was not an easy task. This is a most obscure tree with an incredible trunk. It is hard to imagine how it could survive. So the main task in the first ten years was to make it healthy enough for serious styling. I called it 'Salvador Dali'. had Dali ever done bonsai he would have come up with something most incredible like this. Phantastic Realism is the art form.
